| Butter and Eggs (Linaria vulgaris) is its real name. It's quite a showy flower, growing on isolated stalks. This one was really hard to find: it was all of three campsites up from ours in the Rising Sun campground. I used a telephoto lens to isolate the flower and let it speak for itself. A McClamp support held the stem rigid so the flower wouldn't wave in the slight breeze. |
